Dr. Theresa Haskins is a motivator, culture-builder, and catalyst for human and organizational development. She creates inclusive cultures where diverse groups of people can learn, thrive, and make meaningful contributions. Dr. Haskins acts as a conduit between individuals and the organizational systems they work in, fostering collaboration and synergy. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, and school systems.
Dr. Haskins is passionate about diversity inclusion and equity in the workplace and focuses on increasing neurodiversity and disability inclusion across industries and organizations of all sizes. She obtained her master's in educational psychology from Eastern Michigan University and received a doctorate in education focused on organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. She has received multiple awards for her research on how to build employers' capacity to support competitive employment for people with autism and how to increase directional motivation in inclusive environments.
Most importantly, Theresa is a proud mother of two sons, one with autism. She has spent the last decade advocating and developing tools and methods to increase education and employment opportunities for autistic individuals.
